Fusion Signage App crashes regularly on Philips BDL4550D Screen
There's a known issue at the moment whereby when the Philips BDL4550D is:
- Running Fusion (2.3.x)
- In portrait orientation
- Playing video only playlist
The screen will intermittently stop playing content and just show blank screen or look like it's turned off. It appears that the Fusion App has crashed.

1. Please update the Fusion version to the latest version attached (version 2.6.3 at the time this KB is written), contact support@blueskydigital.com.au for the latest firmware.

.2 You can also ask Fusion to update it remotely by providing them the Fusion's identity from the player.
